Sovereign Limousines invite all young ladies & gentleman who
are planning their school formal either in Brisbane or on
the Gold Coast to experience the Sovereign Limousines difference.
From your first contact with either Barry or Jill whether
by email or phone, you will come to the realization that everything
you are expecting on your big night will come true. Occasions
like this will be filled with fond memories because everything
ran smoothly - especially your transport to the venue. Our
white vehicle/s will arrive at your door in pristine presentation
at the designated time. Your driver will be attired in a dark
suit, collared shirt, and tie - shoes highly polished.
You may have chosen the Holden Statesman
Limousine with comfortable seating for four (4) passengers
plus driver, or the Luxury Ford Stretch Limousine with seating
for seven (7) passengers plus driver, but no matter which
vehicle you choose you are going to be doing it in the style
which others call the Sovereign difference.
TO BOOK A VEHICLE
You have chosen the vehicle you require, confirmed prices
dates times etc, and now you wish to book our services, so
please follow this simple procedure.
1. Contact Barry or Jill for availability
of the date you require. We will then prepare a tax invoice/booking
form, which will be posted to your home address.
2. Please be certain to read our terms and conditions on the
invoice.
3. A deposit being 50% of the total cost will need to be paid
as soon as possible.
4. Once we have received the deposit and booking form, you
will be notified of confirmation of your booking and a receipted
invoice will be mailed to you showing amount received and
balance of monies to be paid. Final payment needs to reach
our office fourteen (14) days prior to the event to hold this
booking. Please remember that non-payment means cancellation
of the booking.
5. Sovereign Limousines will contact you approximately two
days before the function to confirm final details.

vehicles prior to making a booking please feel free to contact
us, for appointment
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash, Cabcharge and Credit Cards accepted, however, Credit
Cards are subject to a merchant processing fee (Visa, Mastercard
and Bankcard 2.75% and Amex 3.55%). If paying by card please
advise your card details at time of booking. A receipt will
be mailed or presented to you at time of transfer, along with
a tax invoice if requested.
